Reverend Michael G Henry
Michael G. Henry is a man whose life reflects service, compassion, and a deep love for family. Born in Jamaica, he came to the United States to work as a registered nurse, dedicating much of his life to caring for others. Alongside his professional career, he pursued higher education with determination, earning degrees in Accounting, Management, and a Master of Business Administration. His path, however, was never only about career achievements. His faith, family, and passion for building strong communities have always been at the center of his life.
Later, Michael answered a spiritual calling and became a non-denominational Christian minister. His guiding motto, “Live and Let Live—God Loves Everyone,” reflects his open heart and belief in the dignity of every person. Over the past five decades, he has watched families change, sometimes thrive, and sometimes struggle, and he has carried those lessons into his writing. His perspective is shaped not just by research or theory but by lived experience as a father, mentor, and observer of life.
Michael’s voice is so genuine that he doesn’t write from a distance. He writes with the care of someone who has seen the challenges parents face and the sacrifices they make. He writes to inspire others to value love, unity, and the balance that both mothers and fathers bring to a child’s life. His words come from the heart of someone who believes that strong families can heal individuals, communities, and even generations.
